Beschrijving

The project consists of two parts: a full forest garden with small plots for annuals (ca. 0,5ha), and a simplified food forest aimed mainly for nut crops (ca. 0,9ha). In the first part all kinds of trees, shrubs and perennial vegetables are being successively planted. The second consists of mixed areas with walnuts, heartnuts, chestnuts and hazelnuts, with addition of various shrubs (sea buckthorn, northern blueberries, blue honeysuckle, currants, raspberries etc.), nitrogen fixers and nursery trees.
