Beschrijving

We develop a food forest on two locations: in Bellenaves (Allier) and Servant (Puy de Dôme). In Bellenaves we're renovating an old winefarm with a 1 ha forest which we are transforming in a food forest. The other one, close to the Sioule river, with stunning views on the volcanoes of the Auvergne, is a former meadow with a lot of old oaks. There we already planted more then hundred trees and shrubs. We created veggie and herbal gardens based on permaculture/no dig. We organize foraging camps for people who'd like to discover rural life and are interested in foraging in the broadest sense; also as a metaphore for research and a sober life in general.
