I have a question
American crayfish
Dear food foresters, In our food forest, the Amstelaar, we had two ponds dug, which are now full of American crayfish. As a result, biodiversity is declining. We’ve set out baskets containing cans of salmon-flavored cat food. We’re catching a lot of crayfish this way. Question: Do other food forests have the same problem? If so, what approach works well? What should we do with the crayfish we catch? Best regards, Joke Mooij
