Marly Bonten is a special kind of food forest expert. In fact, she focuses on flavors and developing recipes with the harvests from the food forest and also develops products with them. She tries out all kinds of things on both large and small scales, each time focusing on the following question: which (edible) crops can help us in creating a sustainable agriculture with lots of biodiversity and healthy soil?
