Events, trainings, workshops and courses

If you buy a ticket/entry ticket or subscribe to a course, training or workshop at Voedsel uit het Bos, you are only entitled to a refund when you have paid the ticket/entry fee. From that moment on you are entitled to a 100% refund up to two weeks before the event or the first lesson of the course, training or education takes place. In the last two weeks you can still send someone else in your place, but you will not get a refund. The reason for this is simple: we have to make all the arrangements for the room, catering and any transport two weeks before the event.


So, if you are unable to participate in the last two weeks before the start, please send an e-mail to info@voedseluithetbos.nl. Include your name, your order number and, very important, your IBAN number and for Belgians also the BIC code of your bank and we will return the amount.



If you are unable to come within the last two weeks before the start of the event, please let us know at least at the same e-mail address. If you have someone to take your place we would like to hear from that person: first name, last name, email, telephone. If you do not have a substitute, it is useful for us to know that you cannot attend and we may have someone else on the waiting list.


Should the interest in an event or meeting or course prove to be insufficient, we too are entitled to cancel the meeting no later than two weeks before the start. Naturally, the paid tickets/registration fees will then be refunded.

We hope in this way to make clear agreements with you and, of course, to organise inspiring courses and events. We would like to hear from you afterwards.
